In 1997, the Synchro Building Corporation was contacted by BJ Services to design and build a new distribution center on their Tomball property as a part of the first phase of a campus expansion project.
The new 150,000 square feet, dock high, tilt wall distribution center, designed for worldwide operations, can receive as many as 60 tractor trailer trucks per day. The roadway around the building provides easy access and flow to and from the facility. Heavy duty concrete floors are finished with a floor hardener and sealant, and features a specially designed floor joint design to provide a highly durable surface for forklift traffic.
The warehouse facility incorporates pallet storage, drum storage, large engine skids and an instrumentation warehouse protected from static electricity.
