In 2004, BJ Services notified the Synchro Building Corporation to design and build their third prominent building on their Tomball campus. The Phase 3 building would not only house the growing number of administrative personnel, but also support several other groups that were previously located in their corporate Houston office, particularly their worldwide IT group.
 
Just as with Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the master plan, the new building was designed to enhance workflow by arranging cooperative departments near one another.
 
The Tomball expansion Project has seen BJ Services and its image in the Tomball community grow from a group of weathered, blue and white, industrial metal buildings, to stat-of-the-art white and green tinted glass structures with complex elevations. This has resulted in the number of BJ employees working on the campus growing from 250 in 1997 to over 500 in 2006.
